The Hrdlicka Law Firm, PLLC currently has offices in Saugerties (Ulster County), New York and Clifton Park (Saratoga County), New York representing clients in the Hudson Valley, Capital District and Northern New York areas.

The Hrdlicka Law Firm, PLLC was originally formed by Robert P. Schirmer, Esq. and Albert F. Hrdlicka, Esq. in 1973. The partnership they formed was Schirmer & Hrdlicka. It remained Schirmer & Hrdlicka until a new partner was added, Edward E. Strohsahl, Esq. The partnership then became Schirmer, Hrdlicka & Strohsahl, Esqs. until becoming The Hrdlicka Law Firm, PLLC in 2011. Albert C. Hrdlicka, Esq., son of Albert F. Hrdlicka, Esq. became a partner in 2001.

Albert F. Hrdlicka, Esq. and Albert C. Hrdlicka, Esq. are the remaining partners and practicing attorneys in the firm. Robert P. Schirmer, Esq. retired from the partnership and the practice of law in 2001. Edward E. Strohsahl, Esq. retired from the partnership and the practice of law in 2008.

Albert F. Hrdlicka, Esq. graduated from Union College and Albany Law School. He held a position as an Assistant District Attorney with the Ulster County District Attorney's Office and was a criminal law prosecutor. He held his own law practice and spent most of his time handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, handling estate planning for individuals, preparing wills and trusts and administering estates in probate court.

Albert C. Hrdlicka, Esq. graduated from Swarthmore College in 1994 and Albany Law School in 1998. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 1999. He held a position as an Assistant District Attorney with the Ulster County District Attorney's Office and was a criminal law prosecutor for almost 13 years. He recently retired from that position and is now a criminal defense attorney representing clients arrested for DWIs, traffic tickets and any other criminal matter. While he was employed part-time as a prosecutor, he held his own law practice and spent most of his time handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, handling estate planning for individuals, preparing wills and trusts and administering estates in probate court.
